My kids would absolutely love dissecting anything. Maybe their mom should try it too!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027434801996805885.post-8208244384121349962011-10-31T17:06:56.452-07:002011-10-31T17:06:56.452-07:00Oh, poor Mimi! When I was a kid, I used to get strep all the time, too, so I sympathize.

I know several homeschoolers who follow variants of the Charlotte Mason method. They seem to enjoy it and their kids are really learning a lot.

Thanks for your comment on my blog! I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been noticing the difference in treatment between Halloween and Christmas. Have a blessed week!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07591518304156689965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027434801996805885.post-71823557172497950012011-10-31T12:10:19.542-07:002011-10-31T12:10:19.542-07:00What an incredible photo! This is our second year with switched on by Alpha Omega for the core subject for my now 4th grade boy and we love it. my 4 year old girl has taught herself how to write, and I am blessed! I have a technology background so this week, I taught Jace how to make a stop-motion clay video using his clay and windows live movie maker. He also learned how to record his own sound effects and overlay them in video. I love homeschooling!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027434801996805885.post-20793044834781646662011-10-29T09:26:29.078-07:002011-10-29T09:26:29.078-07:00Sounds like you had a busy week!:) A flock of tur...Sounds like you had a busy week!:) A flock of turkeys....now that is exciting!

My children have been asking for dissections for several years too (since my oldest was 7 or 8), although we've been putting it off for when they're older, too, LOL.

Incredible spiderweb pic!

Have a blessed weekend!
♥ColletteCollettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09702160325352793035noreply@blogger.com
